The Future of Our Children and Grandchildren

Energy exists in every movement of any beings. Energy is the ability or capacity to do work. Human, animals, plants do work every day and it needs energy that usually comes from food and photosynthesis. There are many kinds of energy in the universe. There is renewable and non-renewable energy.  Water, sunlight, soil, the wind are the example of renewable energy sources which replenish readily by themselves. Non-renewable energy is the energy in which already run out, it takes many lifetimes to reproduce it again. This energy sources are fossil fuels (coal, crude, oil, natural gas) and also uranium. Fossil fuels are mainly composed of carbon. Over 300-360 million years required to form fossil fuels and this period time was called Carboniferous Period.

 

Energy is really important in our life, it starts when we wake up in the morning until we go to bed at night, even when we sleep and every breath that we exhale, all of them need energy. Human brain starts to think to make tools that can make their life easier.  One of them is a machine. There are so many machines that have been invented by scientist, or people in the past that still exist until now. For instance hair dryer, hair dryer convert electricity energy to heat energy and the source of electricity energy is a power plant which is generated by water but in some regions they born fossil fuels such as coal to supply electricity. Next is car, car engine is chemical energy and when it runs, it is converted to sound energy, kinetic energy, and heat energy. The source of chemical energy is fuel. Generating electricity and using car, they discharge pollutant into the atmosphere. The result comes after this is global warming. Global warming is a gradual increase in the average temperature of the Earth's. It makes the temperature increase, the ice in the North Pole melts. At the end of the day, if all ice has already melted then the world will sink.

It means, there are two bad impacts of using energy unwisely. The first when you use it again and again it will out of stocks and takes hundred million times to produce it again. Second is the impact of using that energy such as contributing in the increasing of Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere.

In the basic of human characteristic, they will do something in purpose and they will do something especially for those who they love the most which are family. When someone is trying to figure out what someone’s desire, there are a lot such as job satisfaction, high salary, etc. But family is a main factor why they want to have that. The most effective way to motivate people is touch their heart. Those who can touch their heart are their beloved one. Giving a really obvious example to people how earth is going if the unwisely use of energy keep running. If they want their children and grand children do not suffer from things such as no fuel then, they have to walk miles to get in some places. 

Beside that thing, they will gain some benefits for example when they choose to go to work by public transportation, they already reduce the produce of carbon emissions in the atmosphere from their own vehicles, they reduce the number of vehicle in the street so traffic jam problem can be decrease slowly, then they will safe much money  to buy other things. Second things that they have to do after they do the first step, they must ask other people to join what they do at least to one person in a day start from their family , so there will be many people who will join this act just from a awareness of a person in every cluster. Doing good must start from yourself, do not wait for others to do it for you because none will do.  Safe the energy! Safe our Earth!
