Introducing ~

Hello everyone.

My name is Jihan. I live in Bogor, and I go to school at Sampoerna Academy Boarding School. I am  a social student. I like reading, travelling, and swimming. I am 15 years old. I have been in Bogor for 1,5 years. I am high school student and I live together with all my friends in dorms in a resort. It sounds cool actually.

I left my parents in Bukittinggi. I want to do this because I want to be a successful person in the future. Just like my school's tag line "Learn today, lead tomorrow".

I received full scholarship here. I gained so many new experiences in this school. I do not only learn about academic stuff but also social life and non academic stuff. Everyone here has their own talents. I like being here because my friends come from all over Indonesia. I am able to know many Indonesian cultures by sharing each other. I am on the eleventh grade. It has been a wonderful time for me living and studying here. I want to be business woman, I want to build my own company together with my sister and my brother (I don't know why but I am so into business, I have started my first business in 4th grade of elementary school). My family and I have the same hobby which is traveling. We like to go anywhere and have an adventure. I have a plan to travel the world especially European country (from the book that I read, they are really beautiful) with my family but absolutely I will travel all over Indonesia first. I love Indonesia. And My mom really likes forbidden city which's located in China, thus we will go there first. hehehe :)

I already had LDK twice, on the first year and second year. I had my first competition in Malang, Jawa Timur. It's so far from Bogor. It's business plan competition called JOSC. My team got the seventh rank out of six teams being called as the winner. It was so close yet so painful to know. It was hard to be accepted but yeah soon I could accept it. The best way to learn something is learning by our experiences. I took train for a long trip for the first time, it took 1 day from Pasar Senen Station to Malang Station. I really enjoyed it.

I join debate club and choir club. They are really interesting clubs, especially debate club. I really love to be part of that club. There are supportive people there who engage me to learn and improve day by day. I almost never skip this debate practice every evening even though I know that I will have exams and homework for tomorrow. There was a inter-school competition called language festival. I got the third place for the Language Ambassador on my first year which I think it is something that I should proud of. I am interested in learning other languages, I learn hangul, english, and german. Then, I also joined ALSA competition in UI. I met many students which are good in debating.

On the second year, I joined 'Olimpiade Pasar Modal' in Malang in the same place with the last year which is in University of Malang. Alhamdullilah I won the first place that competition together with my partner "Fajar". After that, my german's teacher asked me to join Deutsch Olympiad for A2. I am not really good in german language but then my mom ensured me that I can do that. I took that competition on 24th October 2015. Alhamdullilah, I won the first place again which is unpredictable for me, Allah gives me chance to go to the next level in province. It will be held on 22nd of November 2015. I do not want to miss this opportunity. I must study hard for that. That is not going to be an easy way to get to Berlin. People outside there are clever and smart in Deutsch. But for now, i just want to do my best and pray to Allah.
